Train directly with the SportSpeed performance system in a personalised 45-minute one-on-one session designed to improve speed, power and athletic performance.
Sessions focus on sprint mechanics, acceleration, plyometric power, agility and movement efficiency to help athletes perform faster and more confidently in sport.

Suitable for athletes across sports including football, rugby, netball and athletics.
Session duration: 45 minutes
